7. To secure your Customer Protection Rights Do make VIDEO of unboxing the parcel. You will open parcel by making video and will open that seal.IF seal (tape) opening will not be Shown in video,NO CLAIM such as DAMAGED PRODUCT or MISSING PRODUCT will be accepted.
8. It is compulsory to make unpacking video so you can send that video to us for any CLAIM.
9. In case of Refund PAYLESS will only refund amount of product only. No Delivery Charges will be refunded.
10. Customer will send back the parcel on its own & will bear the delivery charges too.
11. Customer will not have any right to demand for refund of delivery charges in any case.
12. Parcel has to be returned in 3 Days.
13. NO CLAIMS SUCH AS DAMAGED PRODUCT WHILE DELIVERY ON SALE/PROMOTIONAL/DEAL ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
14. AMOUNT FOR REFUND CLAIM WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS

16. NO GUARANTEE FOR LIPSTICKS DAMAGE WHILE DELIVERY AS THOSE DEPENDS UPON WEATHER CONDITIONS AND TEMPERATURE.
17. NO CLAIM WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR MASCARAS AND EYELINERS SUCH HAS DRIED, CLAIM ONLY ACCEPTABLE IF CUSTOMER INFORMS SAME DAY OF RECEIVING OF PARCEL .
18. NO CLAIM WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THREE DAYS AS WE DEAL IN CHINESE PRODUCTS AND THERE IS NO GUARANTEE FOR LONG-ABILITY OF ANY PRODUCTS.
